Silicones are widely used as defoamers and antifoams in pulp and paper, paints and coatings, water treatment, metalworking fluids, and other industrial applications. Siltech offers a range of defoamers, which include basic emulsions of hydrophobized silica as well as specialized silicone polyethers that are effective in many demanding applications and sensitive applications.
